Interesting Mesta... I’ll have to locate information on that as I wasn’t aware of it. I have worked in the Poconos and familiar with the area.
Along while back you and I, and others on the Matrix, spoke about not taking our eyes and ears off from China and Russia, (though Iraq and and 9/11 were front and center then), we all knew these two were working behind the scenes then...even though little could be found in the news. Especially that they were getting cozy with one another....and other nations.
Hard for me to get on FR much as so busy at work this time of year.....but I do stop by now and then...this Pocono News of China interested me much.
