That was a great idea!
Combining the FRaud that is Ophonybamacare with Calvinball is a concept I hope really catches on and lights a fire under some of the dumbass politicians who should help us repeal it!

If you read that well, you will see that technically you can post a THUMBNAIL, but not the full size cartoon.
And I see you already had this post pulled because you put FR at risk by posting the cartoons in the “article”
And now because FR was so mean to you, you won't even post your list in the article.

I don't imagine they are much concerned with you illegally posting a few images, because hardly no one will see them.
But when you post a link at FR to the images, they can be seen by hundreds.
So you may not be at risk, but you are putting FR at risk.

If you own anything I would suggest putting everything in your mother's name and post the list above your computer in the basement.
Any worth that might be derived from this “idea” is negated tenfold by the fact that the poster is a pimp and a thief.
He’s not doing FR any favors by making this site complicit in his thievery.
As for backing off, there’s one guy on FR (or his designated Mods) who can tell me to do that. And you aint him.
I posted the images for the purpose of commenting and offering my opinions. That falls under fair use. Free Republic has its own rules.

I obey whatever rules the mods tell me about, even if those rules happen to be stricter than the fair use rules.
I think the mods are going by the policy of “better safe than sorry.” And I respect that.

I did not “claim credit” for Watterson’s work. On the contrary, I cited him as the creator of the work.

I claimed authorship of the text. And in the text, I cited Bill Watterson as the creator of the cartoons.
You credited yourself in the “author” field.
No one else, not partially.. but just you yourself.
You stole material, claimed authorship of it and expected blog hits as a reward.
Even despite having a thread pulled for using the same material.

We’ve been through all of this before.
For a while when you came up with another couple of points, you would post a whole new thread with a tiny excerpt.
Then we go you to post your whole “article” and also got you to add to that thread instead of starting a new one every time you searched FR and found another point.
Now we are back to square one, with you only posting a link to your blog. Post the whole thing and stop pretending we don’t know what you are doing, and what you did in the past.
You are playing with the big boys now, act like one.
Either that or post to the blogs of the 3 people that read your blog.
