So Obamacare is required to generate liberal contact and mailing lists so that democrat operatives can call and mail newly minted medicaid registrants for the purpose of ‘getting out the vote’.
And if the registrant is not interested in registering to vote, then collect all the information from them and just fill out a voter registration form for them anyways but with ‘absentee’ checked off with instructions to mail the absentee ballot to prearranged locations.
And later the news reports that some election office worker finds a bag of ballots that was somehow overlooked.

If it is not properly registering voters then we need a federal judge to put a complete stop to Obamacare until they can get it corrected.
