PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane—widely speculated to be the Democratic challenger in this year’s gubernatorial election—was the trendsetter in this despicable direction.

Late last June she said she would not defend the Commonwealth’s DOMA against the ACLU since she supports the ACLU position.

If she refuses to do her sworn responsibility she should RESIGN or be IMPEACHED.

I suspect that she would stop anything the legislature passes that Dems disagree with, such as the paycheck protection bill, and the liquor privatization, assuming the GOP has the stones to pass them, which is doubtful.

My guess if the Congress will refuse to do their sworn duty as elected representatives, quid pro quo now days.
