Well.... money and hookers used to work fairly well.
The point is 1 at a time, versus the efficiency of making an organization.
Trying to corrupt officials 1 at a time is slow going.
An organization allows for broad acceptance of policy changes, going one step at a time down the slippery slope.
This is how our nation’s laws and law enforcement have SO DRAMATICALLY changed since the 1960’s.
The new ideas are pushed by organizations.
And the organizations don’t have to even bother with the hookers and actually getting each member to accept money or hookers.
They simply change the public conversation, the perception of right and wrong, by making small changes to the organization’s policies.
After a few decades, we’ve gone from sodomy being illegal to those who commit acts of sodomy being a protected class.
