I doubt that.

I have real difficulty believing that our tax dollars are being used to provide men some not even married or maybe even gay with Viagra.

Viagra may be covered under its Prescription Drug Plan Part D, which states that people experiencing financial hardship or those who earn less than $21,600 a year can apply for a Hardship Exception (this from Medicate.gov website) that said, most web searches say it’s not covered...but I know old guys getting it s0 there must be a work around.
