I think what the President will do is have the DOD pay the extra funding out of their budget. I don’t think it will affect many people so it is a win-win for the President AGAIN. The Republicans has such an inferior complex that they just can’t fight this president. Well thankfully we only have 3 years left and January 2015 begins the next Presidential election basically so if he does not get things done by November, he is done.
