Yeah, I haven’t read anything that makes it sound otherwise, like the former cop shooting the guy in the movie theater.
These incidents are bad, mostly of course because people are getting killed for no good reason, but also because it gives fuel to the fire of the anti-gun zealots.
The defense doesn’t seem to have much to work with here. I imagine I’d be shook up and traumatized too if I just shot up a bunch of people in a car, whether I had good cause or not.
