Have we lost our Founders' government? The more important question is - DO we have a blueprint (the same Constitution) to start over after the collapse? How do we know the next experiment won't repeat the same errors committed previously?
So if we have provisions to "prevent that", it won't be the same Founding Fathers' governance, would it?

No blueprint will succeed after a collapse. There are too many people now. In 1800 it was a small popưlation and almost all were on their own without a government to support them. They supported themselves and would have it no other way. Now we have an immense population of parasites who can think of no other way to live. A collapse will quite possibly weed out some of the parasites because it may well result in famine in America for a time and certainly war on domestic soil as the barbarians leap to seize pieces of the collapsing empire.
