Thank you for that additional info on those two evil perverts.
But there is more from "After the Ball" here: http://www.henrymakow.com/201101.html I do not think some people want it exposed.
And while i did find anything on Hunter Madsen, WP says
Marshall suffered from severe migraine headaches that were preceded by a strong desire to talk in a rapid monologue. He found that if he gave into these "babbling fits", the headache would be alleviated. He had other medical problems and suffered from bouts of depression that required electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) on three occasions.
Because of the negative effects on his memory, he considered ECT to be the last alternative to avoid death. In part due to this medical history, his knowledge of pharmacology was usually greater than that of anyone who treated him. When he died, he was found alone in his apartment by two friends. The cause of death has never been publicly revealed. During years at Edward Little High school Marshall complained of stomach nausea and seldom ate. He was extremely under weight. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshall_Kirk
Also of note is that i surmise there was/is an effort to reduce the number of hard copies of After the Ball, as Amazon has it as Hardcover from $90.00 11; Used from $90.00; 7 New from $94.49
Paperback from $59.91 16 Used from $59.91 1 New from $170.00 1 Collectible from $399.99
It seems some people do not want the deceitful tactics exposed.
