Yes you´re correct in your assumption especially regarding pedophilia. I think some people are hard wired that way. It’s sick to have those thoughts evil to act on them. Thats why the recidivism rate is so high with child molesters. In most csses I think they need to be locked up untill there too old to act on it.
Behaviors are learned. They are not the same as having blue eyes or brown hair. Sexual deviancy is a learned mental illness. Most homosexuals admit to having been molested as a child. There was also a study done on twins that refutes your belief. If it was “hard wired” both twins would be homosexual. They were not.
