can we get the a$$hole who rides your rear bumper and tries to run you off the road while breaking the speed limit a new law?

that is against the law... and i have seen some a$$hole pulled over for it... when i see someone coming up on me, i move on over... let them pass...

The guys I’m talking about could have an open lone and still get right up on your bumper just to push out of the way because its a power play. Makes you want to run up on them and do a state trooper bump...: )
