I missed the show. What sort of cosmetic surgery did Sarah have done?

I saw her in person, December 7, 2013.

She didn't need any surgery then and she hadn't had any.

KC_Lion also saw her in person a month or so before me.

Anyone making that claim, better have proof to back it, otherwise it's just more scurrilous PDS.
