After watching this, Google can never be trusted again.
I've seen this post listed throughout the web but it seems Google, YouTube, have interfered in being able to watch the video with any definite indication as to what the title claims being true. Even connecting to the video, there is no sound, which I've tried watching on several of my computers. Trying to get what is being said by using the CC option offers very little help because people aren't talking that much.
From what I've determined, some conservative group covering the March 2 protest at the White House, have in the process of recording the event stumbled upon people asking demonstrators to sign a petition "Seeking to Lower the Temperature of the Sun".
Google getting wind of the video seems to have blocked any sound, conversation that even using the closed caption feature doesn't help much to verify in fact that the protestors were trying to get people to sign the petition "To Lower the Temperature of the Sun"
Proof that just such a petition was being passed around during the March 2, demonstration simply Google 'Global Warming Loons Protesting Keystone Pipeline Sign Petition To Lower The Temperature Of The Sun' and you will get hundreds of results proving that the global warming folks did in fact seek to have people sign just such this very petition.
No one ever again require the need to respond to people of such limited capacity regarding their cause, they themselves.

As in so many other locales, they’re only pretending to be global warming loons. In local, private discussions, they’re concerned about “property values.” They’ve used similar tactics (animal worship, environmentalism) to crush all who would actually produce anything of value (small manufacturing shops) and make many others homeless (regulations and fees).

They may have signed a petition to lower the temperature of the sun, but what they were being told the petition was about is something completely different.
