Everybody in Mexico has heard low level threats will be released and they are flooding the borders.And the sight of law enforcement no longer poses any threat to them.They go right to them .( video of crossing included at link )

Just have to cross the finish line before the whistle blows. The head of the constabulary needs to call the BP sector chief and ask why they don’t have constant presence in the park.
