Absolutely. That Shitte rewires your brain. Sometimes the wiring goes haywire. Take only as a last ditch effort.
I had a terrible experience with Ambien. Almost burnt my house down while “sleep cooking.” I used to sleepwalk as a kid, but stopped at about 14 years. Ambien started me doing it again. I hate that stuff!
