I would like to share the best rules that place ignorance at the most unsuspected limits. Im positive youll recognize someone close to you who appears to be a true professional but who, in reality, isnt anything more than an unqualified beginner. These are, in my opinion the most important rules:

I'm sure the feds can get around that if they want. For example, HHS could mandate that any hospital which receives federal monies of any sort (grants, Medicare/Medicaid/ACA payments, etc.) can allow privileges to only doctors who accept Medicaid/ACA patients. It would be almost impossible to find a hospital which doesn't receive some sort of federal monies and there are very few doctors who would surrender their hospital privileges.
Completely ignoring that despite the threat of punishment for not complying, the number of uninsured is essentially the same as it was in 2008.
How can you say that?
I understand that she got a looooooooong standing ovation at the WH.

When she gave her resignation speech she forgot a page.
