My son-in-law is having such a hard time getting .22 for a decent price that he's doing a strategic drawdown on my stash, but I'm only going to let him have 1000 rounds.

Good thing I bought so much for Y2K. ;)

I have a fair amount of .22 (but you can never have enough) but my friend just moved back to Kentucky from Southern California and he hasn’t had an opportunity to replenish his stocks.

Where in Texas do you live? The WALMART in Cedar Park has Stinger .22 all the time. It's great for plinking. Five boxes per trip, and you can bring home a lot of ammo in a week. Get there early on Thursday, and you can get three bricks of the good stuff.
