Every one here should take the time to watch it!!
I'm generally in favor of reading the transcript as it is much faster and fast forwarding is easier too. The guy has some good production values - like clipping many of the pauses out so it's not as painful to watch as most.
Everyone should take time to send it to everyone they know with a computer as I just did
