To: Amendment10

My thoughts are, there was no order. The enforcement arm of the court is the U.S. Marshall’s Service. Given asset forfeiture and ongoing court dispute. There was no service by Marshall’s or Sheriff which indicates no court order. The court does not hire this out. Seems Extralegal action ordered by a political hack for the benefit of a pos politician and they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Good observation. So one reason why the dust hasn't settled on this Bundy issue is the following. People are passing along incorrect information because they are not familiar with "the process" themselves; something like that.

I'm still not sure who owns the land that Bundy's cattle is grazing on. If the feds don't own it then there are constitutional issues imo.
