My 19 yoa son has far more HG and other small arms training than most members of federal military establishments. Yet, he is not “privileged” to carry concealed.
Anybody allowed to own a pistol can carry one concealed around here. Now that includes guys down at the base. That’s gonna suck for the pimps on Van Buren. Or in Yuma.
