This is a shock statement from some idiot who has never been and completely misunderstands the event (like most people looking at it from the outside). She is the furthest you can get from “burning man people”.
The Burning Man organization is a small group that arranges the permit every year and ensures basic BLM rules are followed. They do not give political statements and try to minimize interference to the government minimum. They are basically there to sell people a giant unlimited piece of land to do as they wish for 1 week: build anything, drive anything, be as loud as you want, wear what you want, assemble as many people as you want, etc, etc, etc.
When you are out there, you realize how many freedoms were slowly taken from us and how many things you can’t do outside Burning Man.
When she shows that they have been having the burning man festival for the last 130 years, long before the BLM existed, I will consider listening to her.

The Left has lost its way. It is supremely ironic that the same voices who once were shouting "challenge authority" are now kissing a jackboot they think is theirs. Burning Man isn't about swooning over the government elite and it never was. I doubt seriously if Bundy would have a problem with neighbors like that. They aren't trying to rob him, after all.
