We can see some of the basis of the "new ideology" in Russia's propaganda in Ukraine. Namely, in trying to pin the brutal acts of Yanukovich (which the GRU recommended to him in the first place) on the West, as well as depicting it as part of a greater strategy of the "NWO" to wipe out innocent Russia. IOW, we will be depicted as warmongers, with spies everywhere, and a danger to the world.

The real scary part about it is that this also sets us up to be as demonized as Hitler depicted the Jews (though the actual Jews won't be free of Russia's wrath either). It's basically the groundwork for a nuclear attack on the United States at some point, since we allegedly fired the first shot with our nefarious plots.
