‘could be that Dingy Harry's in a tight spot - on the one hand is his inflated ego, born from years of being able to wheel and dirty deal with impunity, leading him to think he can do so forever - that NO ONE would DARE to appose h im.

On the older hand, he may have pre-collected a hefty ‘finder's fee’ from whichever entity/entities want that land - and he may not be able to return it.

He might have some on his other side that frighten him even more than our ‘domestic terrorists’ - He's probably not sleeping too well these days -
