What people do not understand that the 16th amendment in essence made your income the property of the Government. That is why your prove your income to the government, self incrimination does not apply, due process is severely abridged and equal protection under the 14th amendment does not apply to tax laws.
Our Federal Government is lawless as evidenced by the Bundy Ranch Raid. How can it be that our Government now thinks that due process and the rule of law does not apply to it? IMHO, the IRS practices have crept into the thinking of all Federal Agencies.
