Did you try it? If so, your reaction, please. In my youth (8-11) I did a lot of possum hunting with my grandfather and acquired the nickname of "Possum," hence my screen name. My grandmother cooked one once for my grandfather and me. It was awful.
Yes, I did try it. (But that’s because I tried it before thinking, you know, I should ask what this is because I don’t recognize it.) But her chili is so spicy it could be vulture. The most flavorful component is often due to whatever she’s smoking as the ashes seem to find their way in.
I have captured a number of possums for relocation from my property as they scare the cat. They stink...
