The guy should be suspended for this just like Marge schott was years ago. That’s it. He said what he said privately and he has the right to think whatever he wants in a free country. He needs a punishment for this coming out, mostly due to his stupidity for saying this and making himself and his business vulnerable.
If it is him on tape and both he and the girlfriend were in California, I believe that he is the victim of the crime of wire-tapping, as California is a two-party consent state IIRC. So the leftist media which favors the exclusionary rule (by which illegally obtained evidence is inadmissible in court even if it means a dangerous criminal goes free) and which thinks Snowden is a hero for disclosing government wiretapping suddenly has no problem at all broadcasting illegally-recorded private conversations (assuming that is the case). This Sterling sounds like a bad character. Nonetheless, I don’t think he should have to defend his purely private comments regardless of their contents.
