There's a story about a Baltimore mayor that told his staff that he saw an abandoned car on the way in that morning, and he'd like it removed.

They asked were it was, and he replied that he wasn't going to tell them.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the number of abandoned vehicles that got cleaned up that day.

It can work with potholes, too.

I would give a pass to any city employee or contractor that fears for his or her life either surveying potholes, or filling them, for not going into certain parts of any big city.

Assuming they’re right in that only wealthy areas have smart phones is the first lie. But just for argument’s sake, pretend they’re right. Then, obama and his czars are reckless racists for handing out obama phones that intentionally did not include the smart technology that would allow poor minority hoods to climb out of their poverty or have access to basic municipal services.

That’s no surprise. First those of obama’s ilk disarmed Indians, then consigned them to reservations in crummy areas to keep them poor. And the current slaveowners in the WH are doing the same to blacks, except that the reservations are now called inner cities.
