Well done. They've taken a simple procedure that simply takes a Bullet and a few seconds into a long drawn out national tragedy. And to think that the last few stays where based on the information on the Drugs and the procedures they would use for their execution. How convenient.
The victim (of the botched execution) took a girl and shot her and then had her buried alive. I didn't get to the part on what they did to her male companion.
Makes me think of the Fat Domino's song "Ain't that a Shame".

Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. What’s wrong with just a bullet anyway?

Am I missing something here? Am I supposed to feel sorry for this waste of existence? Personally I think animals like him should feel as much of their victims pain as possible since the death penalty if it is actually carried out seems to be too peaceful to be much of a deterrent. Maybe if a murderer had to suffer a little hell on earth before their expiration there might be less murders.

Botched? The murderer is dead isn’t he? Sounds like a success story to me. And the fact it took longer, good. The victim and her family suffered much, much more.
Watch the family of the murderer use for cruel and inhuman punishment.

Well, now the anti capital punishment lawyers will be trotting out the cruel and unusual punishment argument.
I was waiting for that after the last one in Texas said, “it burns a little” when they started his death drip.

It is nearly impossible to mess up a chemical execution. We have drugs that put you to sleep instantly, anyone who has ever had surgery knows that. Once asleep how hard can t be, we cut people open and they never feel a thing and they can let them die anytime they want.
Good Grief.

These were big guys. They used 20% of the amount used in Fl. Is it any wonder they woke.
They should get the guy that killed Michael Jackson. He seemed pretty good at dosing.
