Then why are you worried? Your account wouldn't have claimed a deduction unless he had the document in front of his face.
You have to maintain tax records for 3 years, so either he or you must still have them ... get them.
But if he took (suspect) deductions w/o your knowledge, then he's on the hook, not you.

i’m annoyed that i have to prove i paid $21+ in real estate/school taxes when they have it on file...there would be a lien on my property if I didn’t...
