Continue to pray for Jesse. Seeing the bacteria being eliminated through prayers and medication.
UPDATE
Following his surgery on Tuesday, we think things are looking good for Jesse, but we still don’t have a full report. We’re still waiting for a friend to talk with a doctor.
Here’s the text from the friend who saw him after his surgery on Tuesday:
“Bandage covers from backbone to side to neck to waist. Dr promised him a nice scar!
He was grateful for lubys food last night. He is tired of Hosp food. Sugar under 120!
He is feeling much better. More alert. He will be getting restless soon! Good signs!”
Until she is able to locate one of Jesse’s doctors we won’t know details, such as whether or not the bacteria related to Tuesday’s surgery was the flesh-eating type.
As for now, Jesse is feeling much better and we are optimistic and hopeful.
As soon as we hear from a doctor, I’ll update again.
