This can’t be... Only the government can provide infrastructure. Never mind that when I worked for a large company that wanted to expand they had to rebuild entire streets, sewers, sidewalks, intersections, and any number of infrastructure ‘bribes’ for a 5 mile radius to get approval from the county before they could move one shovel full of dirt.
Cut useless regulatory offices in rural areas. Shut them down. The administrators in them aren’t doing anything now anyway.
