Quotes from four legal experts saying Obama’s arrest of Dinesh D’Souza was politically motivated

Here are quotes from four legal experts saying Obama’s arrest of Dinesh D’Souza was politically motivated

In August 2012, Dinesh D’Souza released 2016: Obama’s America, a movie that was critical of Obama.

In January 2014, D’Souza was arrested for violating campaign finance laws. Two days ago, he pled guilty.

However, even though Obama himself had violated campaign finance laws on two different occasions (see here and here), Obama never had himself arrested.

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz said of D’Souza’s arrest:

“This is clearly a case of selective prosecution for one of the most common things done during elections, which is to get people to raise money for you…If they went after everyone who did this, there would be no room in jails for murderers.”

“This is an outrageous prosecution and is certainly a misuse of resources. It raises the question of why he is being selected for prosecution among the many, many people who commit similar crimes… This sounds to me like it is coming from higher places. It is hard for me to believe this did not come out of Washington or at least get the approval of those in Washington.”

Former Federal Election Commissioner David Mason said of D’Souza’s arrest:

“What struck me first was that it is unusual in cases like these for the FBI to go out and actually arrest someone, simply because it is not necessary… And even less so in this case because [D'Souza] has enough prominence that it is fairly obvious that he is not a flight risk. White-collar indictments are made lots of times without an arrest being made.”

Commenting on D’Souza’s arrest, former acting U.S. attorney general George Terwilliger of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius said that there were

“legitimate questions that could be asked about the political motivation for bringing the case.”

Dominic Gentile of Gordon Silver, an expert on the enforcement of campaign finance law, conducted extensive research on other people who had done the same thing as D’Souza, and concluded:

“Twenty thousand dollars? I’ve never heard of a $20,000 criminal case for campaign finance violations.”

Obama and his merrymen have violated every law known to God and man.

And as far as being politically motivated goes, so was the Bundy Ranch incident.

Millions of non-experts, as well as Captain Obvious, agree.

Obama announced last week he no longer needed congress to do anything that he wanted to do. He can kill anyone with drone attacks, spy on anyones e-mails, cell phones, wires taps at will, arrest you and detain you for as long as he wants, and you can’t do anything about it. Pretty much we have become what the Soviet Union was during the Cold War. We have become whom we fought against, or another statement: “Our greatest fears have now come upon us”. We might as well just tear up that constitution and bill of rights because it no longer means anything to the leaders of this country.

I used to wish California would fall off into the ocean.

I now think it would be better if Washington DC did.

Never a smidgen of doubt that the D’Souza operation was yet another example of Obama political retribution against a perceived “enemy”.

Of course it's politically motivated. Too bad we can't cast a spell on the employees of the MSM that convinces them that Obama is actually a conservative black man and D'souza is a 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brat. Then the MSM would be defending D'Souza because he's one of them.

But alas such a spell would never work because the MSM would never believe that they permitted a conservative black man to even run for president.

Popular night time radio show CoasttocoastAM May 20 that has had D'Souza as guest in the past said of D'Souza: (after reporting D'souza's campaign law violations and describing D'Souza as a conservative activist and producer of anti Obama material) host Noory said: "He's planned to be on CoasttoCoastAM. We'll have to check to see if that will be." [that is very close to actual quote.]

Now D'Souza is an ax murderer in the eyes of some?

Part of the reason this stuff works in shutting up people, is people think if it can be done against a prominent person, what recourse does the average Joe the Plumber have against this tyranny? I hope someday this is seen as the evil, anti-American act it is.
