How is it that NOT ONE By-stander at Santa Barbara was carrying concealed? Is there no one there who can shoot?
Do they think the entire place is a gun free zone?
On a thread here the other day, someone stated that there are 53 conceal carry permit holders in Santa Barbara County, a county with 337,000 adults. And those 53 probably are wealthy, famous and have iron-clad political connections.
