My Uncle was a member of the 325th Glider Regiment and died when his plane was in a fog and flew into the Atlas Mountains in Tunisia on June 22, 1943. 24 men were on the plane and it was the first casualties of the 325th. Thanks for sharing your father in law's thoughts.
