If Bowe Bergdahl is a deserter not a POW, he needn’t worry

As the credulous are joyous over the safe return of Sgt. Bowe Berghdal after nearly five years of Haqqani captivity, and as every hour the Internet traffic swells with questions about whether Bergdahl was a deserter, sadly, if it’s the latter he probably won’t have too much to worry about.

Not only because Obama, Hagel, and others occupying dark corners of the administration now have a vested interest in Bergdahl and the POW narrative that they’ve wrapped him in, and not only because of the parades and keys to the city that will be proffered, but because the Pentagon’s track record of severely punishing desertion leaves much to be desired.

Since the MB/al Qaeda RUNS America (against
the will of the People)and the Pentagon,
how can the American people be protected
from Bergdahl helping the Pentagon against America?

THEY CANNOT.

America is finished while the EXEMPT, hated
US Congress hides in their child brothels,
banks, and slave quarters of their Islamic allies.

Traitor not deserter.

If he was just going to desert, he would have taken his weapon with him.

Bergdahl may be more than a deserter. He may be a defector.

Get with the program. Bergdahl was not a POW or a deserter, he escaped a platoon of psychopaths: https://twitter.com/BFriedmanDC/status/474396432305504256

There was a time when deserters faced a Firing Squad of Hanging.

On Christmas Day, 2016, when none of us are watching, Obama will quietly issue a pardon from all future prosecution of Bowe Bergdahl. I wish there was someplace I could get a bet down on this as I am absolutely certain Bergdahl will never be prosecuted for his traitorous desertion.

“Jenkins was court-martialed.
He received a four-decade-overdue dishonorable discharge. And 30-days confinement!”

It’s going to be spun either way.
Obama saved a soldier who served contagiously or
Obama, out to see justice served, was willing to trade
4 to 1 to get this criminal deserter. And then we’ll get
the “at this point, what difference does it make?” line.

"If he was just going to desert, he would have taken his weapon with him."

Bergdahl knew if he walked into that area carrying a weapon he would probably be shot on sight, so he left his weapon behind.

He was meeting someone....and probably even had his arms raised when he got 100 feet from the camp.

The unit was not particularly active in the sense that there had been no attacks on the base......until AFTER Bergdahl left.

He might have to go to Marcy Park.

Then Obama can say he did the right thing and those who called him a traitor were responsible for his death.

IMHO, it will not only be Bergdahl that will get a pardon, but I’m will to bet that it will also be all of GITMO detainees as well as the Blind Shiek, Ramsi Yusef, and any other muslim you can think of.
