(and the 501st is certainly one of those)

Wasn’t the 501st the unit concerned in the D-Day series currently playing on H channel? Man, those guys jumped into some deep shit!

Most tech companies make you sign those when you join up in the engineering area. So I do not agree that his argument holds for forced signing.

The point is that setting out the agreement up front as part of the hiring process is legal since the applicant for the job can accept or reject the employment based on that issue. If he accepts the job, the consideration for the agreement is part of the overal employment agreement. Forcing (ordering)someone to sign an agreement after beubg hired lacks consideration.

Nothing to make of that image, per se. Also, it is optional to wear (subdued metal) skill badges on the ACU, although I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to for a hero photo and you are already wearing a maroon beret...

LOL! There’s nothing modest about a freshly pinned cherry jumper...which means he wasn’t airborne qualified when that hero image was taken. Of course, this is Bergdahl we’re talking about, so maybe he was distracted dreaming of ballet and the finer points of jihad.

LMAO. Yeah, blood wings are officially off limits, but get done anyway on the down low, I suspect.

Forcing (ordering)someone to sign an agreement after beubg hired lacks consideration.

Good point. And they could not just walk away like Bergdahl, unless of course they wanted to be dancing boys.

the 501st has a great history and officers have a high chance for promotion...Obama has screwed up the army—sadly BUSH the Bumbrain and his band of dummies set this in motion to allow a muslim communist to undermine all we stand for....the officers fear for their careers...but we note the prisoner wont talk on phone with his parents..someone in the military has warned him his phone will be tapped
