Some thought should be given to who organized this. It takes planning, organization and money. Underage kids just don’t set out from Central America or anywhere else without some support and transportation.This was not a spontaneous event.

Some state governors should get some smart lawyers. Enticing minors to leave their homes and countries and being incarcerated instead of returned is human trafficking....a crime against humanity. I doubt authorities can be kept out from supervising them. Doesn't this rise to the level of kidnapping?
Maybe Obama is untouchable. But anyone who is involved with planning or carrying out this scheme is a serious criminal.
NOT ONE of the governors in the states involved is fullfilling their duty!
