Well if I had a few more like you and less of the “children” I am supervising, I would be happy.
I understand where you’re coming from, I’m actually 38, I’m an electrician in the oilfield in Alberta. It’s hard to find good guys who can even just show up, the work ethic and morals of the younger guys is simply appalling.
I do have hope though, every so often you see some kids that were raised right, and have a good head on their shoulders. They are out there.
