The Obama administration has done lots of bad stuff but this is truly evil. I think that Obama thought that this would force immigration reform (Amnesty). It most likely have the opposite effect. This will get ugly.

I think the illegal immigrants who were duped by the Obama Admin to come here will ultimately be the ones who suffer the most, well and the average citizen of the USA of course....
