Indiana’s ban on same-sex marriage, like bans in most jurisdictions, has no rational basis so it was thrown out as unconstitutional.

Granted that homosexual marriage supporters won't buy our "Bible thumping", but the health risks are a rational basis for banning homosexual marriage. That is the same basis for restricting smoking. What is our side waiting for?
