The problem is that the very people McDaniel has to take his case to are the ones who rigged the election to begin with. Or hold their office because of those people. The deck is very much stacked against him.
That's why we have Appellate (Appeals) Courts.

It does NOT Matter. All the McDaniel Camp has to do is find 7,000 people who were voting illegally.

But it does matter. If the majority of the absentee voters are Dems then it could add 2000 to 3000 illegal votes. If it is mostly GOP votes the yield of illegal votes will be small.
So if they are short of the 6600 bad ballots then the number of bad absentee ballots could be crucial. If it is not close then you are correct.
So I’m still interested in the mix of Dem vs GOP voters in the absentee ballots.
