No no no, it's "High crimes and TREASON. There is no "misdemeanors" here. This isn't parking tickets we are talking about, this is assisting and arming enemies of the United states. Last time I checked that qualifies as TREASON.

My copy of the Constitution says:

“Section 4

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
