They need to file suit against that agent (personally) for false arrest and reckless endangerment. NO need to point a gun at a child.

And be hired per affirmative action and support Obama. I would like to know the ethnicity of the Customs agent to prove or disprove this hypothesis. Since the agent is a Federal employee, the supporting Obama is at least a 75% chance.
They should have claimed to be MS-13.
