It was real, it killed lots of people, and it was less than 100 years ago.
How did the federal government handle it then, when they had to deal with the Constitution?
This is a health issue, which is a State power. Not a federal power.

Entry into the country is a federal concern and the CDC can guide and advise the states. I hope that at least the medical community learned from the Spanish Flu.
