UKRAINE: 12 August Results of the Day from Bad to Good

Brothers and sisters, following 12 August. From Bad:

1. the Council in first reading adopted a bill that enacts the Institute sanctions according to the decision of the President and the NSC [National Security Council.] And all. The Council has thus exhausted - and finally the law was not accepted.

As you know, sanctions (and their 29 varieties) should touch virtually all aspects of foreign and domestic policy. Among them is the cessation of mail, disabling television channels, closing all kinds of MEDIA, including the Internet, the ban on the use of radio frequencies, etc.

In common sense such a law should adopt in March - along with war. It's hard to say whether the currant carnage would have come to the Donbas.

But now still want to put horse in front of the plough. The mechanism of sanctions that is issued in the bill, is now the ideal time for martial law or State of emergency. Whereas in peacetime to provide the Government with similar powers should be extremely cautious.

Here you should look at the text of the Bill: the first paragraph of Art. 3 "Foundations and Principles of sanctions." There are too many reasons. If they were limited to anti-Ukrainian "actions of a foreign state, a foreign legal or natural person" - there would be no problems. And in the fight against separatists, terrorists in places you can easily "bend the stick."

That is, on the one hand, such a law is vital/essential. On the other, it obviously must include a clear and distinct mechanisms of use - to guarantee that will not be a tool in the fight against objectionable/undesirable power. If we are fighting for the title of democratic country – let's play by the rules.

2. the head of the military-medical Department of Defense Ministry Colonel v. Andronatìj said that terrorists were in the area of ATO was shot intentionally medical cars. "With the problems, what we lack, is armored ambulances," he pointed out.

It's a shame: the country that had the most models in the USSR (recall: the now famous tankobudìvnì power "Uralvagonzavodu" in Russia, where are Russian tanks t-72 and t-90 were created based on the capacities of the evacuated to the Urals during the war of the Kharkiv plant), after six months of hostilities has not organized issue of simple "truck", i.e. the armored trucks!

In Kharkov, we can deal with this bunch as Tank Facility in different regions of Ukraine and civilian companies. Money is reserved in the booking MOD and the defense is on the base, for example, in the form of domestic engine KrAZ – also (and even thousands more vehicles are in the army which also may be reserved). Where's the problem - well beats me, incomprehensible.

3. The problem of "refugees from Donbass" should be urgently addressed. Everywhere in other regions of Ukraine, where they were hospitably sheltered, is growing wave of discontent.

The personal occupation of a considerable part of the refugees is a pathological unwillingness to work, alcoholism and drug addiction, pointed hatred toward Ukrainian symbols and abuse/outrage over them.

By the way, about the latter. Local law enforcement agencies everywhere turn a blind eye on such egregious cases. Especially when it comes to the children of refugees who do what they want – from the destruction of Ukrainian flags to vandalism in relation to national monuments. It seems, we have not the right, and we should not punish children. Then, punish their parents. The only clear way for these entities - fines. Often without realizing (or rather - pretending not to understand) Ukrainian language, they understand the language of money.

It is also necessary to provide such Ukrainophobes parasites (and better – strongly convincing recommend) march to Russia, of course, at their own expense. And to do this we should not be afraid of some image loss to Ukraine: we will survive them, and the Ukrainian land will become cleaner.

It is understood that indulgence in this case is extremely dangerous. Moreover, that this is undermining the confidence in the Ukrainian government and the ATO (regular questions from locals: why are healthy bulls from Donbass sitting on the neck of the other regions, while the guys from these regions are pouring blood over the same Donbas?) The failure of law enforcement pushing locals to lynching. And I will say frankly: the moral perspective to condemn such lynching would be impossible.

The good:

1. Force counter-terrorism operation freed four settlements. A group of terrorists in the vicinity of Gorlovka were in the ring. In addition, biased attempts were made to reinforce/strengthen their militant groups in Shakhtarsk, Torez-Snowy, where in fact essentially the fate of "DND" is solved. Also, the headquarters of ATO reported that "kadyrivtsi" they came asking to give them a way to escape to Russia.

Unfortunately, we cannot yet talk about a strategic victory, but we can see now the preparation for them. And it's comforting.

2. The National Security Council reported that our units during battles in the Dombass were destroyed by units of Special Armed Forces of Russia that "accidentally" happened to be there. The fact that the Russian military do not see anything wrong with mercenaries and terrorists to reinforce and swell like lava the 'Donbass satanic hundred." But by this confused the very fact that in the last days in the Donbas what happened was there were too many Russians - soon the "DNR" and "FSC" will become only local spokesmen. And, these Russian soldiers did not conceal their citizenship and belonging to the army of Russia fighting with the terrorists in the Donbas.

Clearly Russia does not interfere with the public trials over those of them, who get captured (and such is the case.) Given that Putin does not recognize their existence, considered POWs even troops of RUSSIA (not to mention the mercenaries), it is impossible - they are criminals, ordinary penal criminals. Articles by mercenaries, that murder and willful killing everyone on the forehead has been visible from afar. For lifelong term enough - for another example.

3. For fun, Zhirinovskiy promised a heavily bombing destruction in Eastern Europe, the Baltic States and Poland, destruction, and put all the blame/responsibility for all this on Putin that has "already decided" on these issues.

It is clear that clown Zhirinovsky nobody takes seriously. But the more similar idiotic and misanthropic threats from Russia, the more the world will stand by Ukraine. Oddly enough, many are still surprised by the true face of Moscow.

LOL. That piece is priceless. How come that the land predominately inhabited by such an awful people ever managed to achieve four times the GDP of the ‘enlighted’ Western territories of Ukraine?

How come that every ‘enlighted’ province in the west takes three to six times more from the central government than it’s able to collect in taxes (with the exception of Lwow which is barely solvent).

And the last question. With an attitude like that does it make any sense to fight for control of this cursed land and useless people?

Ah?

“It is also necessary to provide such Ukrainophobes parasites (and better – strongly convincing recommend) march to Russia, of course, at their own expense.”

Translation:
Ukraine must be ethnically cleansed.

I wonder what the Hungarians in the far west think about that?

Can’t decide if this is quite insidious, or a good anti-moral tactic.

Rebels are now collecting the cell phones of killed UK Soldiers, and calling the most used numbers to inform them that the phone owner was killed.

Apparently, this is something started recently, and was talked about on Strelkov VK page, as well as on Twitter.
http://vk.com/strelkov_info

I can’t imagine the family horror of getting a call from the enemy that just killed your family member.

IMHO, Strelkov is full of crap. But this fact is not making the opposite side any better.

Agree. pure evil. They don’t even bury their own dead, so assume they scavenge from the dead Ukrainian soldiers.

NOT ethnically cleansed. There are many citizens of Russian origin that WANT the boundary integrity of Ukraine to remain
