Beheading is laborious. It does not go fast. Matter of fact the perpetrator might have been able to kill four people if he he just slit their throats....not wasting time beheading

And yes, I think this practice is to declare the victim no better than the animals you butcher in the world of Islam. One would never think that in a modern world that practice would carry over to humans or be part of psy-ops in war.
