Did you actually read the full article? Have you seen the video of the officer breaking the car window in Hammond? The officer was WRONG. How was the officer wrong?
Was he supposed to wait and have Western Union invite him to get out of the car?
One can't really make an arrest with the car door closed and locked!

Why was he being arrested? I thought the car was just stopped because of a seat belt issue. Motorists are not arrested for not being restrained by a seat belt.
