Add to that the fact that so often, we hear that nobody would ever have thought the perpetrator was capable of such a thing and if they really are mentally ill then why don’t they appear that way to the other students?

Its almost impossible humanly to reason with it, one must have firearms ready for defense and all around the school...

The emergency plan which has been drilled is for the rest of the cops to roll in with firearms.....But what happens till then?????
