In the 1950s and 1960s it was 25 cents to go to the movie, 75 cents if you were 12 or older. Drive in was $1.00 per car. Cokes were 5 cents....

Go look up the current vale of one of those 90% silver quarters.

As I sat here thinking of the annual income in 1960, it struck me that folks got paid in gold and silver back then. Imagine what 7,500 in 1960 gold or silver would be worth today.

Therein lies the real story.
